Untitled Nicky Nodjoumi Project merges a cinema verite portrait of one of Iran’s most celebrated emigre artists, Nicky Nodjoumi, with a political thriller that investigates what happened to 150 of his “treasonous” paintings, which almost caused his execution in 1980, and continue to stir controversy to this day.
