Untitled Nicky Nodjoumi Project In Production With HBO – June 1, 2022

We are excited to announce that we are partnering with HBO on our most recent film, UNTITLED NICKY NODJOUMI PROJECT (working title). This film merges a cinema verite portrait of one of Iran’s most celebrated emigre artists, Nicky Nodjoumi, with a political thriller that investigates what happened to 150 of his “treasonous” paintings, which almost caused his execution in 1980, and continue to stir controversy to this day. The film is currently in post production and is expected to be complete by the fall of 2022. Stay tuned for future screening opportunities, festivals dates, etc.

As Brooklyn residents, it’s a distinct pleasure to announce the U.S. Premiere of our film REGGAE BOYZ in competition at the 22nd Brooklyn Film Festival. Saturday, June 1 | 5pm @ Wythe Hotel Cinema, Williamsburg Tuesday, June 4 | 10:30pm @ Windmill Studios, Greenpoint Both screenings will be followed by a Q&A including one of the film’s protagonists, Sheldon Shepherd (“Yardie”) Tickets are already on sale and going fast.
